Organic Valley is a really nice company that produces only organic dairy, products ranging from eggs, milk, butter, whipping cream, cheese and cottage cheese – all organic. Organic products are in now way ‘better’ or healthier than regular products because they all have to follow very strict production guidelines. The only benefit you’re going to get when eating organic food is that it doesn’t contain any preservatives and it’s 101% natural. The Organic Valley milk is harvested from cows that have been fed only with organic food, haven’t been injected with growth hormones and are happy. But leaving the jokes aside, organic food is only better in our heads – there’s nothing wrong with the usual food we’re eating it’s just that some people might have allergies or intolerance to various preservatives or they simply prefer the organic food.
